پروژه روف گاردن نیوا، اثری خلاقانه از گروه طراحی و معماری لیلا نجاتی، نمونهای از تلفیق اصول معماری مدرن با طبیعت است. این فضای منحصربهفرد که در شهر کاشان واقع شده، در مساحتی بالغ بر ۲۳۰ متر مربع طراحی و اجرا شده است.
روف گاردن نیوا، با چیدمانی هوشمندانه و کاربردی، شامل آشپزخانه فضای باز، باربیکیو، فضای ناهارخوری، آتشدان و شومینه، نشیمن خصوصی، سرویس بهداشتی، جکوزی، آبنمای سقفی، سقف پرگولار، فضای سبز و بار است. هر بخش از این طراحی، با دقتی خاص انتخاب و جانمایی شده تا حداکثر استفاده از فضا را به همراه آسایش و زیبایی فراهم کند.
استفاده از خطوط ساده، متریالهای مدرن و نورپردازی خاص، جلوهای منحصربهفرد به این پروژه بخشیده است. ترکیب رنگها و بافتهای متریالهای استفاده شده، حس گرما و صمیمیت را در کنار جلوهای لوکس و مدرن به فضای روف گاردن میبخشد.
این پروژه نهتنها یک فضای سبز شهری بر فراز ساختمان را ارائه میدهد، بلکه با طراحی منحصربهفرد خود، تجربهای آرامشبخش و لوکس را برای کاربران فراهم کرده و نمونهای الهامبخش از معماری مدرن در طراحی روف گاردن به شمار میرود.
The Niva Roof Garden project, a creative work by Leila Nejati Design and Architecture Group, is an example of combining modern architectural principles with nature. This unique space, located in the city of Kashan, was designed and implemented in an area of over 230 square meters.
The Niva Roof Garden, with its smart and functional layout, includes an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area, fire pit and fireplace, private living room, bathroom, jacuzzi, rooftop fountain, pergola, green space and bar. Each part of this design has been carefully selected and placed to provide maximum use of space along with comfort and beauty.
The use of simple lines, modern materials, and special lighting has given this project a unique look. The combination of colors and textures of the materials used gives the roof garden a sense of warmth and intimacy, along with a luxurious and modern look.
